Given the customers’ increasing demand on having their vehicles fueled to run by CNG in the Company’s stations in Canal District, and under Gas Tec. Company’s policy to expand providing NGV fueling service to the largest sector of citizens in all governorates connected to the natural gas network, through providing service stations fulfilling the customers’ needs; and in the context of executing the State’s policy and the efforts of the Ministry of Petroleum & E.Gas to spread the utilization of Compressed Natural gas (CNG) as a cheap and environment-friendly fuel, to optimize the benefit from natural gas given its large impact on the national economy, considering that its utilization leads to preserving the environment, rationalizing the subsidy of liquid petroleum products as well as participating in saving large financial provisions channeled for financing the development, service and health projects required by the society,

In August 2014, the Company inaugurated Port Said/Stand Complex Station, located at Dawahy Quarter next to the stand complex, with a space of 1200 m2, capacity of 978 m3/h and 6 fueling points. It’s to be noted yet that this is the 4th NGV fueling station of Gas Tec. in Port Said Governorate, beside the stations of Ta’meer, Herafyeen and Port Fouad.

Eng./ Hesham Radwan, Chairman of Gas Tec., indicated that inaugurating Port Said/Stand Complex Station comes in the context of executing the cooperation protocol concluded between the Ministry of Petroleum & the Ministry of Local Development for providing 2 pieces of land in Port Said Governorate to establish 2 stations for fueling and converting vehicles to run by CNG, at an investment cost of about L.E 20 million.




Additionally, in August 2014, the Company inaugurated Ismaelia Station, located at the crossroads of El Bahary St. and Damanhour St., with a space of 490 m2, capacity of 978 m3/h and 8 fueling points. It’s to be noted yet that this is the second NGV fueling station of Gas Tec. in Ismaelia City, considering that the company inaugurated its first station in the Governorate, located at Garden City Quarter in Ismaelia, in February 2001.
