Currently Hyundai India launched a CNG-powered vehicle from the BS6 Grand i10 Nios family, such vehicle run by bi-fuel cycle (gasoline – natural gas), also natural gas engine works with a maximum power of 69 hp, a maximum torque of 95 Nm and a five-speed manual transmission to control driving. It also has a 60-liter CNG cylinder and a fuel tank with capacity 37 liters,Regarding safety, both models include central locking, dimmable inside the rearview mirror, rear parking sensors, dual front airbags, speed alert, automatic door lock, speed sensing, among other features.
It is also in compliance with the Bharat Phase Emission Standards which are the emission standards set by the Government of India to regulate the output of air pollutants from compression ignition engines and spark ignition engine equipment, including motor vehicles.
